Heat Treatment:
Forging: At 900° C-1100° C Cool slowly and anneal immediatedly
Annealing: At 880° C Cool slowly in furnace
Stress Relieving: At to 600° C-650° C Cool in still air
Hardening: Preheat at 600° C-850° C raise to 1020° C-1100° C Cool in air, iol or into salt bath held at 200° C-300° C and then air cool

Moulds for corrosive materials, like moulding abrasive/fiiled material, including injection-moulded thermosetting grades. Particularly for acid aggressive plastics(e. G acetate and PVC), or plastic containing abrasive fillers.
